It is charged separately at the rate in force set by the relevant local authority.<\/p>\n<p>As of the date of publication of these terms and conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u20ac140<\/strong> per night for one guest, including breakfast;<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u20ac160<\/strong> per night for two guests, including breakfast;<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u20ac30<\/strong> per night for an additional guest in the Anthracite room, including breakfast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rates are the same throughout the year, unless otherwise stated and communicated to the guest before the booking is confirmed.<\/p>\n<h3>Payment<\/h3>\n<p>The total cost of the stay, any additional services and the tourist tax are payable in cash at the time of departure.<\/p>\n<p>No deposit or advance payment is required.<\/p>\n<h3>Check-in and check-out<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Check-in<\/strong> is available from <strong>4:00 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Check-out<\/strong> must take place before <strong>11:30 am<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a late arrival, please inform <em>La Cour des Lauriers<\/em> as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation by the guest<\/h3>\n<p>Any cancellation must be communicated to <em>La Cour des Lauriers<\/em> by email or telephone.<\/p>\n<p>A cancellation made by telephone must be confirmed by email.<\/p>\n<p>If the booking is cancelled at least <strong>72 hours before the scheduled arrival date<\/strong>, no payment is due.<\/p>\n<p>If the booking is cancelled less than <strong>72 hours before the scheduled arrival date<\/strong>, the cost of the first night remains payable.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a no-show, the cost of the first night remains payable.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of an early departure after the stay has begun, the nights already used and the services already provided remain payable.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation by <em>La Cour des Lauriers<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>If <em>La Cour des Lauriers<\/em> has to cancel a booking before the guest\u2019s arrival, no payment will be due from the guest.<\/p>\n<p>An alternative date or equivalent accommodation may be offered where possible. The guest remains free to accept or decline this proposal.<\/p>\n<h3>No right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with the regulations applicable to accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the guest does not benefit from the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>The cancellation conditions set out in these terms and conditions apply as soon as the booking is confirmed.<\/p>\n<h3>Services<\/h3>\n<h4>Breakfast<\/h4>\n<p>Breakfast is included in the room rate.<\/p>\n<p>Savoury options, such as eggs, cheese or cold meats, may be provided on request for an additional charge.<\/p>\n<h4>Table d\u2019h\u00f4tes<\/h4>\n<p>The table d\u2019h\u00f4tes dinner is available by prior reservation and subject to availability.<\/p>\n<p>The price is <strong>\u20ac40 per person<\/strong>, excluding drinks.<\/p>\n<p>Reservations must be made at least <strong>48 hours in advance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Any cancellation made less than <strong>24 hours before the meal<\/strong> will result in the meal being charged in full.<\/p>\n<h3>Pets<\/h3>\n<p>Small pets are accepted only by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n<p>An additional charge of <strong>\u20ac10 per day and per pet<\/strong> applies.<\/p>\n<h3>Use of the premises<\/h3>\n<p>All rooms are <strong>non-smoking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the property, the other guests and the surrounding neighbourhood.<\/p>\n<p>Any damage attributable to the guest, anyone accompanying them or their pet may be charged to the guest.<\/p>\n<h3>Liability<\/h3>\n<p>Guests are asked to take care of their personal belongings and not to leave valuables unattended.<\/p>\n<p>The liability of <em>La Cour des Lauriers<\/em> in the event of loss, theft or damage is governed by the applicable legal provisions, including Articles 1952 to 1954 of the French Civil Code.<\/p>\n<h3>Parking<\/h3>\n<p>Free parking spaces are available in front of the property or in the village, approximately two to three minutes\u2019 walk away.<\/p>\n<p>Parking is available in public spaces and vehicles remain the responsibility of their owners.<\/p>\n<h3>Personal data<\/h3>\n<p>Information collected in connection with an enquiry or booking is used to respond to the guest, arrange the booking and manage the stay.<\/p>\n<p>For further information, please read our <a href=\"https:\/\/lacourdeslauriers.fr\/en\/privacy-policy\/\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Complaints<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of a difficulty or complaint, guests are invited to contact <em>La Cour des Lauriers<\/em> by email in the first instance in order to seek an amicable solution.<\/p>\n<p>Any complaint should describe the circumstances of the dispute and, where relevant, include any documents required for its review.<\/p>\n<h3>Applicable law<\/h3>\n<p>These terms and conditions are governed by <strong>French law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Identification of the establishment La Cour des LauriersOperated by Evelyn Charbonnier, sole trader81 Place Raoul Pascal30700 Saint-Hippolyte-de-MontaiguFrance Email address: contact@lacourdeslauriers.frTelephone: +33 (0)4 66 01 93 41SIREN: [to be completed] Purpose These terms and conditions set out the booking arrangements and conditions of stay at La Cour des Lauriers.
